Chemical synthesis of genes

BioTe21 offers long double strand DNA synthesis in foothold of chemical synthesis of single nucleotides in PCR reaction. The biggest advantage of our synthesis is a possibility of time reduction and getting any sequence of DNA in comparison with methods applying molecular biology techniques. Chemically synthesised dsDNA is used to create genetic expressive constructs, creation of genetic PCR controls and in other genetic applications. Received dsDNA product owns free 3'-T ends and therefore can be easily placed in free 3'-A ends cloning vector systems.

Product of synthesis will be issued in the free form of cleaned dsDNA or cloned in to E.coli vector and will be send by post or can be collected personally.

Net cost of synthesis is 7,5 PLN/bp (bioinformatic elaboration, chemical synthesis, purification of synthesis product and sequence analysis).
In the case of introduction of the synthesis product to the vector and transformation with E.coli vector, the price grows about 600 PLN.
