The Laboratory of Nucleic Acids Synthesis and Sequencing
The Laboratory provides with basic services of synthesis, sequencing and fluorescent analysis of nucleic acids (including starters for PCR reaction) carried out with the exploitation of hi-tech apparatus i.e. ABI 3900 High-Throughput DNA Synthesizer and ABI 3100 Automated Capillary DNA Sequencer.
